KUALA LUMPUR: A former managing director has claimed trial to making a false claim on work which had not been completed in the construction of the Kuching Prison complex eight years ago.
Wan Madzihi Wan Mahdzar, 63, was alleged to have submitted the false interim payment claim to the Prisons Department concerning value of work that was carried out until Mar 8, 2001, to claim for payment.
