KUCHING: Police will be professional in carrying out their investigations of alleged sexual abuse involving Penan women to ensure that any perpetrators would be brought to justice, Criminal Investigations Department (CID) director Commissioner Datuk Mohd Bakri Zinin said.
"We want to complete our investigations as soon as possible to make sure that the victims are protected," he told reporters after meeting the state's CID district chiefs on Wednesday.
