THE mother of a Malaysian woman facing the gallows in China for a drug offence has been denied permission by authorities there to visit her daughter, Kosmo! reported.
Umi Slaia Ibrahim said she had to cancel her trip, which had been scheduled for yesterday, after Chinese Embassy officials told her about the decision when she went to apply for a visa.
