PUTRAJAYA: Immigration authorities trying to register the biometric data of all foreign students in the country for the I-Kad are getting the run-around from some private colleges.
Despite having tried for seven months to register all the 36,872 foreign students currently in Malaysia, Immigration officers have yet to get the biometric details of about 10,000 of them.
