KUALA KRAI: Only a small percentage of the hardcore poor identified to participate in the East Coast Economic Region (ECER) agriculture cultivation project have accepted the offer.
Most of them cited it would be too much trouble for them to accept the offer, said Rural and Regional Development Minister Datuk Seri Abdul Aziz Shamsuddin.
