KUALA LUMPUR: Several approved permit (AP) holders have claimed to have been cheated of some RM5mil by a man who allegedly collected money from them for payment of duty on their imported cars.
The 32-year-old man, believed to be a middleman of a car dealer, is said to be familiar with customs procedures.
