THE “dragon baby” boom in 2000 has resulted in a larger than usual number of Year One pupils in Chinese schools for next year, said China Press.
Schools in towns with a large Chinese population like Kuala Lumpur, Butterworth, Ipoh, Seremban, Johor Baru and Kuantan reported an increase of 10% to 20% in Year One intake.
