JOHOR BARU: PAS has filed an application in the High Court here asking the Attorney-General (A-G) to prosecute two men for alleged corruption in the Pasir Raja constituency during the 2004 general election.
Its candidate Sanip Ithnin, 58, through counsel Mohamed Hanipa Maidin, urged the A-G to conduct criminal prosecution against both the accused.
