SITIAWAN: Giving incentives to Malaysian professionals abroad to return home is only a short-term measure in addressing the brain drain in the country.
Deputy Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Kong Cho Ha said incentives such as allowing them to bring in two cars was not a long-term attraction.
