PUTRAJAYA: More than a year on, tsunami-hit Aceh province is still lacking in infrastructure development despite massive international aid.
People are still living in shelters and there is hardly any clean water supply. This is the observation made by Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar during a two-day visit to Aceh.
