KUALA LUMPUR: Immigration offices nationwide came to a standstill for several hours when the department’s computer system crashed while its IT unit was upgrading and installing new workstations.
Besides Kuala Lumpur, the other states affected by the crash were Penang, Kedah, Perak, Pahang, Kelantan, Negri Sembilan, Malacca, Perlis, Terengganu and Sabah.
