KUALA TERENGGANU: A tile layer, Chan Kwee Fong, 51, was ordered to enter his defence on a charge of murdering another tile layer here more than two years ago.
High Court Judge Datuk Ahmad Maarop in his decision yesterday said the prosecution had made out a prima facie case against the accused.
