PETALING JAYA: Retired civil servant Datuk David Wee Koon Peng was shocked when he learnt that his astronomical telephone bill for October was the result of Internet dumping.
Wee, 65, who does not know how to use the Internet, was stunned to find out that his “entanglement” is one that is more often associated with the sleazier side of the World Wide Web.
