KANGAR: Perlis may have to conduct cloud seeding and water rationing in 30 days if there is no heavy rain over its catchment areas.
Timah Tasoh Dam, which supplies water to some 100,000 consumers in the northern area of the state, reached an all-time low yesterday when the water level dropped to 27.02m, breaking the previous record of 27.05m in 1998.
