KUALA LUMPUR: Housing developers should plant hibiscus plants as part of the landscaping to promote the national flower, said Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting.
He said as a national flower, the hibiscus was not getting its deserved recognition, as people seem to forget its significance.
