KUALA LUMPUR: Housewife Yim Pek Ha, who is accused of abusing her maid Nirmala Bonat, has filed a notice of motion at the High Court yesterday for a stay to stop the maid from continuing to testify in the Sessions Court.
Yim claimed that it was necessary because there were material discrepancies in Nirmala’s medical reports given to her by the prosecution.
