KOTA KINABALU: The Home Ministry will propose to the Cabinet to allow refugees and stateless children to obtain an education until the issue of their status is resolved.
In a step towards finding a solution for thousands of stateless children and refugees in Malaysia, Home Affairs Minister Datuk Azmi Khalid said that by providing the children with education, it would give them an edge when third countries considered accepting them.
