KUALA LUMPUR: It was a common understanding at the Perwaja Steel Sdn Bhd office that all requests from former managing director (MD) Tan Sri Eric Chia Eng Hock should be treated as urgent, the Sessions Court heard yesterday.
“We had been told to treat any request by the MD as urgent. Everybody had been saying that in the office,” said the company’s former treasury section manager Mohd Noor Mahat.
