Contracts come under scrutiny

KUALA LUMPUR: The Works Ministry will give input to the Treasury on contracts, including those with highway concessionaires, which are not favourable to the Government and the people, Deputy Works Minister Datuk Mohd Zin Mohamed said. 

“We will restudy whether past decisions were in tangent with our objectives. The contracts must have a win-win situation and we want to determine that end-users are not burdened,” he said yesterday.
