TWO brothers, unhappy over the alleged delay in medical treatment for their father at the Bukit Pelandok health centre, smashed the window of an ambulance parked in the compound, Utusan Malaysia highlighted yesterday.
The daily said the incident happened at 8.30pm on Wednesday, when the brothers discovered that their father, K. Paramasivam, 53, had died.
