DAP proposes several changes in Parliament

PUTRAJAYA: The DAP wants the Government to make several changes in Parliament, including the appointment of an opposition MP as Deputy Dewan Rakyat Speaker, so that the opposition can have a more constructive role in the house, party chairman Lim Kit Siang said. 

Lim said he made the proposals to Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi when he called on the Prime Minister here yesterday.
