KUALA LUMPUR: An international football betting syndicate was crippled by police following the arrest of seven people, including four foreigners, at a condominium in Jalan Tun Razak here.
Initial investigations revealed that although the syndicate had established an operations centre here, the collections were done in Hong Kong.
