PETALING JAYA: The National Union of Teaching Profession (NUTP) has lauded the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia's (Suhakam) recommendation to the Government to look into the needs of poor and marginalised communities.
In a statement yesterday, its secretary-general Lok Yim Pheng said the union particularly welcomed the recommendation for teacher training programmes to be geared towards the overall development of the nations teaching force.
