IPOH: Developers of housing estates have been urged to build additional features in their projects for the convenience of buyers.
Datuk Bandar Datuk Sirajuddin Salleh said there were many instances where developers had failed to add features such as speed breakers, bus shelters and reflexology paths causing buyers to request them from the council later on.
