KUALA LUMPUR: Certificates of fitness for occupation (CFs) will not be issued to new houses or apartments that are not fitted with a toilet system, which disperses six litres or less water per flush.
Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting said it was the duty of local authorities and state water authorities to enforce the ruling which took effect in June.
