SHAH ALAM: A man who allegedly threatened to kill a Sessions Court judge and a deputy public prosecutor of a rape case has been remanded for 10 days by a magistrate's court here.

The remand order was granted by magistrate Azmil Muntapha Abas in his chambers after the suspect was produced yesterday afternoon.

Police are investigating the suspect under Section 506 of the Penal Code for criminal intimidation.

The suspect, in his 30s, was arrested at his house in Kajang last week after three reports were lodged against him for making the alleged threats.
