KUALA LUMPUR: Works Minister Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu extended his condolences to the family of his former private secretary, Benedict Emmanuel Nettar, Malaysia’s longest-serving civil servant who died in a road accident near Subang on Tuesday night.
