KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court yesterday fixed Oct 2 for the mention of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Bhd chairman Datuk Tan Heng Chew's application to strike out a counter-claim by his uncle Datuk Tan Kim Hor who claimed Heng Chew and his family members are holding about 10% shares in Tan Chong Consolidated Sdn Bhd for him.
Justice Zainun Ali had fixed the matter in chambers yesterday.
