KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court yesterday fixed Oct 2 for the mention of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Bhd chairman Datuk Tan Heng Chew's application to strike out a counter-claim by his uncle Datuk Tan Kim Hor who claimed Heng Chew and his family members are holding about 10% shares in Tan Chong Consolidated Sdn Bhd for him.
Justice Zainun Ali had fixed the matter in chambers yesterday.
Named as respondents, apart from Heng Chew, are his brothers Tan Eng Soon, Tan Su Leong, Tan Eng Hwa, Tan Eng Keat, Tan Boon Siong, Tan Boon Hooi, his mother Chang Nga @ Teh Siew Yoke and Tan Chong Consolidated.
Both parties are to submit their written submissions over the matter
