KULIM: The magistrate's court here postponed to Dec 16 the hearing of 10 opposition leaders and members charged with illegal assembly during the Lunas by-election three years ago.
The hearing was deferred after counsel C.V. Prabhakaran told the court that there was still no directive from the Federal Court whether former Sungai Petani Sessions Court Judge Rosnaini Saub who presided as magistrate for the case would continue to do so despite her recent transfer to Penang.
