Five equestrian athletes honoured

The four other equestrian athletes honoured during the gala dinner for their excellent performance in the arena last year were Quzandria Nor Datuk Mahamad Fathil (Best Dressage Rider 2002), Datuk Kamaruddin Abdul Ghani (Best Endurance Rider 2002), Lea Tan (Most Promising Young Rider 2002) and Johari Lee (the inaugural Best Malaysian Coach 2002 award). 

Also present was Abdullah's wife Datin Seri Paduka Endon Mahmood, who is also Yayasan Budi Penyayang Malaysia patron. 

At the dinner, EPSB director Datin Zurina Zulkiflee handed over a mock cheque of RM50,000 to Yayasan Budi Penyayang Malaysia chief executive officer Leela Mohd Ali.
