KUALA LUMPUR: The World Health Organisation’s first global meeting on the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome on June 17 and 18 will focus on information exchange between participants from SARS-affected and non-affected countries.
WHO’s acting representative for Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei, Dr R. W. K. Gee, said emphasis would be placed on measures to control the spread of the disease.
