KUANTAN: A Youth leader of the Paya Besar Umno Division has lodged a police report following the pasting of posters in mosques and public areas alleging that Barisan Nasional wants to make Pahang a place for gaming.

According to division chief Datuk Ahmad Tajuddin Sulaiman, the report was filed at the district police headquarters at 10.30am yesterday by Youth committee member Rasmadi Omar.

He said some Umno members had seen the posters on a noticeboard of Masjid al-Mutakin in Tanah Putih here on Thursday night.

“It is such a disrespectful act and an insult to the Government,” Ahmad Tajuddin told a press conference.
