KUALA LUMPUR: Party members began gathering at Wisma MCA as early as 10am yesterday morning, knowing that they were there to witness history in the making.
Some came with banners and posters to ensure that Datuk Seri Dr Ling Liong Sik was accorded a proper tribute.
