KUALA LUMPUR: Socso’s decision to reject an application by Ambiga Nidhi Sundram for invalidity pension was based on its Appellate Medical Board which decided he was not an invalid after a reassessment.
Socso public relations manager Mohamad Asri Ngosman said Socso was not satisfied with the primary medical board’s decision earlier declaring him an invalid.
