TAIPING: The prosecution made a blunder in reducing the charge against padi farmer Mat Saad Isa to that of manslaughter when he was the main culprit in the murder of Hasleza Ishak, the High Court heard yesterday.
Counsel Gurbachan Singh submitted that the amendment resulted in a situation that had never before happened in the legal history of the country.
