KUALA LUMPUR: The trouble-ridden National Union of Banking Employees (NUBE) was thrown into utter chaos when the rival factions in the leadership obtained court orders against each other in a week to gain control of the union.
Last week, the High Court here issued an interim order restraining 11 parties, including former National Union of Bank Employees (NUBE) secretary-general J. Solomon, from dealing with the union’s funds and accounts with four banks.
