KUALA LUMPUR: About 1,000 people who attended the International Conference on Global Peace yesterday passed a total of 16 resolutions to be submitted to the 13th Non-Aligned Movement Summit.
The participants, comprising individuals from all walks of life, focused on the problems in the Middle East, particularly the global security situation, the occupied territories of Palestine, the probable war on Iraq and weapons of mass destruction.
