KUALA LUMPUR: A National Patient Safety Council has been set up to identify problems in “adverse cases” so that healthcare providers can learn from the mistakes.
The Government had established the council to serve as an analytical body for healthcare providers, said Health Minister Datuk Chua Jui Meng.
