A 35-year-old man caused a stir when he sat on a ledge of a high-rise building in Kuala Lumpur and threatened to jump, China Press reported. The public spotted the man at about 4pm on the 15th floor of a flat and called for help. Policemen and firemen, who rushed to the scene, managed to pull the man back to the building after persuading him for an hour. It was learned that the man attempted to commit suicide after his wife wanted to divorce him. The man was being held by the police for questioning.
