THERE is still a lot of room for improvement in bolstering support for people living with dementia and the National Dementia Action Plan (NDAP) plays a crucial role in the matter.

Universiti Malaya Specialist Centre’s consultant geriatrician Assoc Prof Dr Khor Hui Min expresses hope for the NDAP, which is yet to be launched by the Health Ministry, will guide policy makers in addressing issues stemming from dementia.
