Flooded with haunting memories

IT wasn’t how he expected to get home after work one day – swimming across city roads that were flooded with muddy, four-metre high water.

But that’s exactly what happened to S. Rao, a 34-year-old resident from Taman Sri Muda in Shah Alam, one year ago today.
