Year 6 streaming to secondary schools to begin next week


PETALING JAYA: Streaming of Year 6 pupils for secondary school placement results will be announced starting next week according to the calendar set by respective state education departments, the Education Ministry says.

“The placement of Form 1 students and remove classes are managed by the education departments and district education offices.

“As of now, the process is currently ongoing.

“For any questions regarding the placement of children in secondary school, parents and guardians can consult with their respective education department and district education offices,” the ministry told The Star on Monday (Feb 5).
