M’sians among world’s top 2% scientists


A TOTAL of 234 Malaysian researchers and scientists have made it into the Stanford List, which was released by Stanford University recently. Among the experts ranked on the “2020 Single Year World’s Top 2% Scientists” list are five researchers from UCSI University and two academics from Heriot-Watt University Malaysia (HWUM).

Featuring the most cited scientists from around the world, the list was created by analysing a group of over 100,000 scientists in 22 scientific fields and 176 subfields. The report was released on Oct 20.
