Poor upkeep puts off visitors

The Taman Jaya lake is smelly and full of rubbish.

TAMAN Jaya in Petaling Jaya is one of the most popular recreational parks in Selangor but sadly it is badly managed.

I wonder who is responsible for the park as no one seems to be in charge.
