THE topping-up ceremony for M101’s maiden project, the M101 Dang Wangi is proof of the developer’s capabilities, says chief executive officer Datuk Seth Yap.

He added with the timely delivery of its first project, it had lived up to its brand promise.

At the same time, Yap also assured buyers of M101 Bukit Bintang, the developer’s second project, of timely delivery in the second quarter of 2018.

“Work has also started on our third and flagship project, the iconic 78-storey M101 Skywheel designed by Studio F. A Porsche,” he said.

M101 Dang Wangi is an integrated freehold development with commercial and retail products that has an estimated gross development value of RM130mil.

Situated in the heritage precinct of Kuala Lumpur and some 5km from KLCC, the neighbourhood is a combination of pre-war shophouses and modern office buildings.

It is spread across 1068.39sq m and comprises 12 storeys of SOFOs (small offices/ flexible offices) as well as four storeys of retail units.

The development offers a balance of luxurious living with an affluent, urban backdrop, with colonial-style facade retail components at ground level transforming to modern living as the building rises upward.

“Because of its strategic location at Heritage Row, we are confident that with the right tenant mix, the development will drive traffic into the area, thus reviving the locality’s charm,” said Yap.

Upon completion, M101 Dang Wangi will be managed by Best Western Hotels.

It includes a five-star lobby concierge area leading up to the units that feature a keyless access card system.

Other features include a skybar on the rooftop, infinity pool, rooftop gym with an unblocked view of KLCC, as well as a car park lift system that requires less building volume and less ground area than the conventional facility of the same capacity.

The project is fully sold.
