EVERY Malaysian sporting triumph is backed by a sea of passionate supporters cheering from the stands, waving the Jalur Gemilang and standing by our athletes through every victory and defeat.

But who are these dedicated volunteers and what does it take to rally behind our sporting heroes on the world stage?
