This year’s edition of the “Jelajah Harta Tanah Malaysia” Auction Carnival marks its third consecutive year and sixth edition of the Auction Carnival series.
The event by auction house NCM Co kicks off on April 28, from 10am to 5pm, at Megan Avenue 2, Kuala Lumpur City Centre (NCM Co Auction Hall).
In support of the Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign led by Tourism Malaysia, the nationwide campaign brings together property, automotive and art auctions alongside a lifestyle-driven carnival experience.
The Auction Carnival will showcase a diverse range of listings across Malaysia, featuring both bank-auctioned properties and owner-auctioned listings, offering opportunities across residential, commercial and other asset classes, with participation from over 10 financial institutions.

Client advisors will be available on-site throughout the event to assist buyers in identifying suitable investment opportunities, while supporting property owners who are exploring alternative solutions to dispose of their assets through auction.
Beyond the auction floor, visitors can look forward to a diverse range of interactive booths and lifestyle activities, including financial services booths, retail and lifestyle vendors, local food-and-beverage offerings, batik-painting experiences, traditional costume rentals, as well as a special meet-and-greet session with the Visit Malaysia 2026 mascots, Manja and Wira.
Games and activities will also be available throughout the event.
Live performances will be held during auction intermissions, creating a vibrant, engaging atmosphere for visitors.

In line with the Cuti-Cuti Malaysia initiative, bidders will also have the opportunity to win attractive prizes, including five-star hotel staycation packages and tickets to local attractions.
These rewards complement the Visit Malaysia 2026 theme, encouraging both investment and appreciation of local travel experiences. Most importantly, there are hundreds of below-market-value properties nationwide up for grabs.
The excitement continues the next day with a dedicated Art Auction on April 29 at 12.30pm, presented by Lapan Art Auction, featuring over 20 original artworks from emerging or established Malaysian artists.
Viewing is available at the NCM Co Auction Hall, which welcomes visitors Monday through Friday.
