“This must be my lucky year. I was truly surprised because this is the first time I have won in a lucky draw.

“Back when I was working, The Star was placed on the table every day, so it became a habit to pick it up before work.

“After I retired, I decided to give The Star Online a try,” she said.

Fatah Abu Nabilah said, “I have been reading The Star for as long as I can remember.

“In the old days, on flights, I would always grab a copy of The Star.”

The retired quantity surveyor from Puchong added, “One of the main reasons I like reading The Star is because of one of the writers, Joceline Tan.

“I like her views on the current political situation.”

The promotion was part of The Star’s ongoing efforts to reward loyal readers while encouraging more Malaysians to stay informed through trusted journalism.
