From Jan 19 to Feb 16, the hotel presents a selection of Chinese New Year menus at its all-day dining restaurant Pasar Baru on Level 2.

Guests can indulge in a wide selection of festive offerings ranging from buffet and afternoon tea to indulgent eight-course Chinese set menus.

Led by Chinese Banquet Kitchen specialist chef Chai Chun Keong, two specially curated eight-course menus are available, featuring classic Chinese flavours elevated with contemporary finesse.

The celebrations commence with a themed Chinese New Year buffet from Jan 19, building up to an enhanced spread on Reunion Night on Feb 16.

Festivities continue through the first and second days of the lunar new year with expanded selections.

The Chinese New Year Themed Dinner Buffet is priced at RM198nett per person.

The Chinatown Dim Sum Weekend High-Tea Buffet, available from noon to 4pm, is at RM148nett per person.

On Feb 16, the Prosperity Reunion Chinese New Year Dinner Buffet is priced at RM198nett per person.

On Feb 17 and 18, the Chinese New Year High-Tea Buffet is tagged at RM158nett per person.

The Chinese New Year Set dinner (10 person per table, with 24-hour advanced order) will feature an eight-course set menu from RM2500+ per set.

The hotel also offers yee sang – Prosperity Snow Pear Yee Sang (Vegetarian) at RM128nett, Prosperity Kwai Fei Sliced Abalone Yee Sang (RM168nett), Prosperity Crispy White Bait Fish Yee Sang (RM188nett), Prosperity Smoked Salmon Yee Sang (RM188nett) and Prosperity Alaskan King Crab Leg Yee Sang (RM238nett).
