A residential development near Seremban, Negri Sembilan, has received an outstanding 89% Malaysia Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) score.

Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd group executive director Kelvin Lee said the score for Resort Villa Phase 2 in Bandar Sri Sendayan surpassed the 88% achieved by Resort Villa Phase 1, setting a new benchmark of excellence for landed housing developments in Malaysia.

He said getting a 89% QLASSIC score from the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) was an incredible achievement for the group and a reflection of the team’s dedication and precision in execution.

“Our homeowners deserve nothing less than excellence, and this recognition reinforces Matrix Concepts’ brand promise of delivering homes that are not only well-built, but also enduring in quality and value.

“With this achievement, Matrix Concepts has once again proven its ability to deliver on its promise of excellence and innovation in property development.”

Lee said this latest success underscored the collaborative effort spanning planning, design, engineering and construction which were all aligned with Matrix Concepts’ vision of building thriving, sustainable communities that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Resort Villa, he said, continued to stand as one of the group’s flagship developments, designed to offer an elevated lifestyle experience within Bandar Sri Sendayan.
